Services

Counselling

  • 50-60 minutes sessions for regular sessions. Meet and greet sessions are normally between 30-45 minutes.

  • I offer different modalities including but not limited to CBT, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt, Creative Therapy.

    Counselling can be for many different issues including but not limited to: anxiety, (chronic) stress, burnout, relationship issues, career/ future,/ personal growth, anger, grief, difficult changes, self-esteem, depression, trauma, eating problems, addictions, etcetera. Please note that some issues may not be within my scope of practice or capabilities, and therefore a referral to another professional may be a possibility.

    Sessions are confidential and focused on your journey within your boundaries and focused on what aligns with you.

    If you are unsure if counselling is for you, please book a free Meet and Greet session with me. You can book/ rebook sessions online too. Counselling sessions can be for individuals, couples or families, however if you book for couples or families, email me prior to booking.

Massage Therapy

  • Different durations available. starting from 30 minutes.

  • Choose between massage styles: relaxation/ therapeutic/ sports/ deep tissue/ remedial massage. Hot stone massage currently not available.

Yoga and Workshops

  • Can currently be booked upon request only.

    I teach different yoga styles including vinyasa, slow flow, power yoga, yin, nidra and restorative. I also offer meditation, mindful movement with mindfulness, pilates. A combination of these styles are possible, and different durations.

    Sessions can be booked for small groups or individuals.
